I help parents and other clients discover ways to make life more rewarding. I assist them with enhancing interpersonal skills and deepening and self-understanding. I also provide coaching in productivity strategies for getting things done (GTD) based on David Allen's model, for reducing stressor spillover into the things they care about most.

Book Recommendation: Pasta Sauces

Pasta Sauces

Wonderful book. If you like the pasta, all the best sauces are in here. I like Bellissino’s way of explaining why he makes the recommendations he does from prep style to selection of ingredients. These range from down and dirty 3 min sauces to ones that I’ve spent the better part of the afternoon making. He has another book on sauces in general, but the reviews weren’t quite as good on that one, and I haven’t yet made it through all the ones I want to try in here.
