I help parents and other clients discover ways to make life more rewarding. I assist them with enhancing interpersonal skills and deepening and self-understanding. I also provide coaching in productivity strategies for getting things done (GTD) based on David Allen's model, for reducing stressor spillover into the things they care about most.

This is the informal sister blog of Awareness * Connection, where much of the humor and miscellany not fit for the mothership lands.

GTD Phone Wallpaper

I found this much more colorful, fun version of David Allen’s GTD flowchart at Anabubula. I sometimes think I have some sort of mild learning disability that makes it hard for me to parse some words to figure out how to pronounce them. Anabubula was one of them. It took me several passes to get it. I thought this graphic would be more pleasant to look at this than at the dry black and white version. The content, whichever way you look at has been life changing for a lot of people.
