Here is another shot of the baked ziti. I’m still full as I write this. I love baked ziti because 1) it is really fast compared to lasagna; 2) it is great for using stray ingredients and leftovers; and 3) it freezes really well, and with a toaster oven or a couple minutes under the broiler you can bring thawed ziti back very close to its former state of glory.
