I help parents and other clients discover ways to make life more rewarding. I assist them with enhancing interpersonal skills and deepening and self-understanding. I also provide coaching in productivity strategies for getting things done (GTD) based on David Allen's model, for reducing stressor spillover into the things they care about most.

This is the informal sister blog of Awareness * Connection, where much of the humor and miscellany not fit for the mothership lands.

I have just been taken on as an official contributor over at GTD Times. I just submitted my first article for them on how parent coaching and therapy can be much more effective when augmented with Getting Things Done. I’ll let you know when it is up. I am excited about the partnership.
